Why can’t we sue over a broken heart?
This is what happened: First I meant boyfriend, boyfriend
moved in to the house I grew up in. Second, he purposed with
ring and all. Third, he bought the house from my dad. And
heres the gliche. I wanted to wait to put my name on the house
and land until we got married. BTW: That was suppose to happen
this past Aug. in Virginia. But on May 7th he broke up with
me. I had reasons for waiting to put the house and 2 1/2 acres
into my name too. And he agreed cause it helped him out..apparently
more than just that way. Anyways, I had animals there, so
when I moved, I had to get rid of my babies. Than the day I’m
moving out, he moves his new girlfriend in. BTW: She was
one of his bestfriends’ wife. The came over to eat dinner
with us, watch movies and visa versa. He broke up with me,
and she broke up with her husband the next day. 3 weeks later
shes moving into my home. Of course the husband won’t
have anything to do with my ex and I don’t have anything
to do with any of them. They seem to be able to go on with their
lifes, even the husband has a girlfriend now, but I can’t
seem to let go of all the hurt he has caused me. On top of that
my son got attached to my ex. My son is now 15 and my ex was in
his life since he was 11. Now, my son has issues and ended
up going to live with his dad cause of him getting into drugs
and alcohol after all this happened. My son was also raised
in that house and so were my niece and nephew. Now my ex tells
me I can buy back the house for 184, 000 dollars. He didn’t
pay that much for the house, and theres no way I’ll ever
be able to afford that. Everyone in the family is at a loss.
Theres nothing we can do? And to top everything off, my ex
and his b*tch lives in front of my mom and dad. I get go past
the place every time I go to visit. I don’t want him back..EVER!
But I do want what he took from me and my family. All I can hope
for is that the garage thats practically falling down as
it is, falls into the house. Then he’ll lose too. Why?
Cause he has no homeowners insurance. Instead of fixing
what needed to be fixed (chimney) he spent the money that
the insurance co. gave him. So they cancelled him. Awww..too
bad..NOT!
Thanks for letting me vent..I doubt theres anything anyone
can do, but it helps to talk.
